The cost of a counseling session at Navigation Therapy is $120 for a 50 min session, $60 for a 30 min session. Private pay only

A typical counseling session at Navigation Therapy lasts for 50 minutes, although some sessions may be longer or shorter depending on your needs and preferences.

I work with people dealing with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, grief and loss, trauma, self esteem, positive identity creation, and more.

I am also highly trained and passionate about working with the LBTQIA+ community.

Cancellations made outside of 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of session are free.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the schedule start of session are charged a $75 cancellation fee.  No Shows are charged a $75 cancellation fee.
